Can I view a venue before I book it?

Yes, absolutely. We believe in personal contact and encourage viewings. After your request, our events specialist will immediately schedule a desired venue visit, so you can plan a tour and ask any questions directly to the people who will be guiding your event—and most importantly, you’ll get a feel for the venue(s).

How many people are the locations suitable for?

Our offering ranges from intimate groups of 4 people (e.g., Café Vertigo or Cafe Nieuw Amsterdam) to large-scale events for 9,000 guests (NDSM Loods, Sugar Factory and De Westerkerk). Whether you’re looking for an exclusive boardroom meeting or a big company party, there’s always a venue that fits.

Where are the locations based?

Almost all venues are located in Amsterdam, spread across unique places such as Vondelpark, the NDSM wharf, the Westerkerk, and the Amsterdam canals. In addition, we are active in Lage Vuursche (De Kastanjehof) and Rotterdam (Cannibale Royale Rotterdam).

Are the venues available exclusively for hire?

Certainly, all venues are fully exclusive and semi-exclusive to rent, depending on the occasion. Multiple locations in our portfolio are available exclusively for private hire, so you can shape your event entirely to your liking. During the quotation stage, we clearly indicate per venue which options are available.
